1. Look at the outer shell The electroplated motor of the electric vehicle generally looks brighter, while the refurbished motor is gray and dim. Four, detection resistance

1. Check whether the AC three-phase motor is good or bad, which can be measured with a multimeter: test whether the resistance values between the three phases of A/B/C are equal. The greater the value difference, the worse the performance of the electric vehicle motor, and the greater the motor power, the smaller the resistance value.

2. Detect the quality of AC single-phase motor. Use a multimeter to measure the leads of the winding. If there is no disconnection, both meet the requirements and the motor performance is good; set the multimeter to the 1K or 10K resistance range, measure the 2 leads of the capacitor, and the needle quickly deflects to the right and then slowly returns Go to the capacitor on the left, it means the capacitor is better.

3. Check the quality of the DC motor. Use a multimeter to measure the inter-slice voltage between the commutators. If the inter-slice voltage between every two segments has the same law, it means that the winding is normal.
